Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened dog chew products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must request a return within 3–5 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed dog chew products are not eligible for return or refund. Products purchased on clearance or special discounts may also be non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of returns not due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability.

9. Processing Delays

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Snoofy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.
